An account must be created before customers can purchase products through the Website. During registration, customers are required to submit their name, email address, mobile number, and password. An OTP will be sent to the provided email address for verification and successful completion of the registration process.

Once registered, customers can access their accounts through either of the following methods:

  • Registered email address and password; or
  • Registered email address and one-time password (OTP).

By registering and maintaining an account, you undertake to:

  • Submit genuine, correct, and complete personal and contact information.
  • Revise your account details whenever any submitted information changes.
  • Protect your password and other account access credentials from unauthorised use.
  • Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Cybellmart reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts where incorrect information, fraudulent conduct, unlawful activity, or misuse of the platform is identified.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed alongside our products, including descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and stock status, is accurate and representative of the items offered.

Nevertheless, certain differences and changes may occur, including:

  • Colours and visual details may appear differently depending on photography conditions, lighting, and the settings of individual electronic devices.
  • Stock levels and product availability may change from time to time without advance notification.
  • Product designs, specifications, or available quantities may be modified, withdrawn, or restricted as required by operational circumstances.

Small differences in appearance or presentation shall not, by themselves, establish that an item is defective.

4. Order Placement & Payment Conditions

When you submit an order through the Website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products from Cybellmart. Acceptance of an order will be subject to:

  • Successful authorisation of the applicable payment;
  • Completion of any necessary internal checks; and
  • Generation of an order confirmation.

Cybellmart retains the right to decline, cancel, or restrict an order in circumstances that may include:

  • Incorrect pricing or technical discrepancies;
  • Products becoming unavailable;
  • Unsuccessful payment verification;
  • Repeated or duplicate order submissions;
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform; or

All purchases must be completed through advance payment using the payment options provided at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered.

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not already been processed or dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

5. Product Prices & Tax Information

Unless a different arrangement is expressly indicated:

  • Prices published on the Website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Displayed product prices include applicable GST.

Cybellmart does not currently impose any shipping or delivery fees on orders placed through the Website.

We take reasonable precautions to publish correct pricing information. However, inadvertent mistakes arising from data entry, technical issues, or system errors may occur. Where such discrepancies are identified, Cybellmart reserves the right to rectify the displayed information and, where necessary, cancel affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

6. Shipping Arrangements & Delivery Estimates

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the customer during the checkout process.

The usual delivery period is approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances such as courier service disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays, government restrictions, and other unexpected events.

7. Return Requests, Refund Processing & Exchanges

All matters concerning product returns, exchanges, and reimbursement of payments shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers may request the return of eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the applicable eligibility conditions and exclusions set out in that Policy are satisfied.

Where a refund has been approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
